A fab new range of Glow in the dark hair and body gels is taking the International party scene by storm. While classed as a temporary chemiluminescent hair colour, iGlow only coats the hair with colour, does not dye it. The gel being the medium to carry the luminescence (the glow). This makes it totally safe to use on coloured or even bleached hair when used as directed. Just wash out after use.
