Governor Rell says - Mayor Jason McCoy's the kind of guy who, when he makes you a promise, he keeps it. When Jason made promises two years ago, he kept those promises -lower taxes, better schools and safer streets. Mayor McCoy has done a great job over the last two years. I wish Mayor McCoy all the best in this election and I'm rooting for him.
