SOUTH WINDSOR - Agent Ron Littell of the South Windsor P.D. spent three days on the rooftop of The Promenade Shops at Evergreen Walk, raising nearly $5,000 for Connecticut's Special Olympics. He did not reach his personal goal of $10,000, but said that "every dollar counts."
